I still like my vi editor

If you prefer the benefits of VS Code such as linting, formatting, debugging, code completion etc., but still have a fondness for the vi editor, there is a way to integrate both. Simply install the Vim extension! 

Other extensions that may interest you as a Linux admin include Python and Ansible.
